Polycrystalline panel with power of 280WP

Polycrystalline panels from the Standard series with the power of 280W feature high efficiency and, in addition to the basic application parameters, are provided with resistance to thermal shock (Extreme Thermal Cycling) and high heat resistance at high humidity (Extreme Damp Heat). The BEP 280WP module delivers the efficiency of 17.21%. The cells used for the production of Standard panels are equipped with five 5 BB conductive paths, made with the use of PERC technology.
